Please read these Terms before using pasteToPrint. By using the service, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the service or create an account.
Scope of these Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to pasteToPrint, including the browser editor, document import and export, templates, drawing tools, accounts, Cloud, LIVE collaboration, temporary transfers, public integration endpoints and any Free or Premium features made available through the service.
Some functions may display additional conditions before you activate them. Those specific conditions form part of the agreement for that function. The current version of these Terms is available on this page.
Who provides pasteToPrint
The service provider and controller is Elektroinštalácie a servis s.r.o., P. J. Šafárika 899/14, 971 01 Prievidza, Slovak Republic, company registration number 57125571.
Questions about personal data are also covered by the Privacy & GDPR notice.
What the service does
pasteToPrint helps prepare documents for editing, printing and export. Features may run entirely in your browser or, when you explicitly choose a connected function, use the provider's server infrastructure.
The service is a document tool, not legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Templates are starting points. You must check the accuracy, completeness, suitability and legal effect of every final document.
Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
- Keep your password and remembered devices secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the security failure is attributable to the provider.
- Notify the provider promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Do not share an account in a way that bypasses access, membership or security controls.
The provider may temporarily block access to protect an account, other users or the service from suspected abuse or a security incident.
Your documents and instructions
You retain ownership and other rights you hold in text, images, files and documents that you create, paste or upload. pasteToPrint does not acquire ownership of your content.
You give the provider only the limited permission needed to receive, store, convert, transmit, render and otherwise process content for the function you request. That permission ends when the content is deleted or no longer needed for the requested function, subject to technical backups and legal retention duties.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to process and share the content, including personal data and third-party material. You remain responsible for the people with whom you share a document or collaboration link.
Acceptable use
Use pasteToPrint lawfully and with respect for other people and systems. You must not:
- upload, create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening or privacy-infringing material;
- infringe copyright, trademarks, confidential information or other rights;
- introduce malware, probe security, overload the service, evade rate limits or interfere with normal operation;
- use another person's account, identity or personal data without authorization;
- reverse engineer protected service components except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use automated access outside documented public interfaces or contrary to their technical limits.
Imports, extraction and third-party material
When you import an article, website, office file or other source, you instruct pasteToPrint to process that source. Enhanced extraction accepts only a requested publicly accessible page and does not sign in, forward your browser cookies or intentionally bypass a paywall.
Technical access does not mean that material is free to reuse. You are responsible for copyright, database rights, licences, attribution, confidentiality and personal-data requirements. Links and third-party services remain subject to their own terms and may change or become unavailable.
Availability, changes and suspension
The provider aims to keep pasteToPrint available and secure, but continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security work, network failures and third-party dependencies can interrupt a function.
Features may be improved, replaced or discontinued for a valid reason such as security, legal compliance, interoperability, capacity, third-party dependency or product improvement, without imposing an additional price for the existing paid period. If a change has more than a minor negative effect on access to or use of paid digital service, the provider will give clear advance information on a durable medium where required, including the timing, effect and any statutory right to terminate. Access may be limited or suspended when necessary to address abuse, non-payment, a legal obligation or a serious security risk.
Rights in pasteToPrint
The provider or its licensors retain rights in the pasteToPrint software, interface, branding, original templates, documentation and service infrastructure. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer product ownership.
Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying you or claiming ownership of your documents.
Disclaimers and liability
You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, sending or printing it, and for keeping appropriate copies of important documents. Browser storage, temporary links and collaboration sessions should not be treated as the only archive of critical information. Cloud export and any mandatory post-termination retrieval described above remain available independently of this recommendation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by user content, an unlawful instruction, a third-party source, device failure or a service outside the provider's control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Applicable law, updates and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear a dispute.
The provider may update these Terms for a valid product, legal, security, interoperability or capacity reason. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Changes affecting an existing paid digital service are communicated clearly and on a durable medium where required; they do not remove any statutory termination or remedy right.
