What the editor does
Users can paste or import content, format text and tables, draw directly on the selected paper format, add editable shapes and text, quickly move vector objects or raster images, manage layers, edit images, inspect a continuous or paged preview, and then print the document. See the multilingual visual drawing guide for product screenshots and examples, or explore the Coloring Book education guide with an unchanged, protected reference image.
Free mode includes A4 printing and TXT export. Premium features include direct PDF export and email, signatures, a shared document-template catalog, reusable custom templates in the editor and Cloud, additional paper sizes, branded headers and Cloud capabilities. Custom templates remain in the current browser and are not synchronized automatically between devices.
What stays local
Normal editor input, drawing and autosave remain in browser storage. The application does not need a server round trip for ordinary editing, drawing and printing.
Email, mobile transfer, Cloud, LIVE collaboration and API sessions are explicit server-backed workflows. Their controls make the transfer boundary visible to the user.
How AI handoff works
AI clients can hand off plain text, structured PTDF 1.0, or an API-backed temporary document. The browser treats every handoff as untrusted until the user reviews it.
Machine contracts are published through AI discovery JSON, OpenAPI 3.1, the PTDF JSON Schema and llms.txt.
What this page does not claim
No rating, review score, customer count or unsupported security certification is asserted. Capabilities listed here are limited to behavior represented in the public application, documentation and automated release contracts.
Direct answers
Frequently asked questions
What is pasteToPrint?
pasteToPrint is a browser-based document editor and AI document endpoint for preparing, drawing on, reviewing, printing and exporting documents.
Does basic use require an account?
No. Basic text editing and A4 printing are available without creating an account.
Does pasteToPrint send document text to a server?
Regular editing and autosave stay in the browser. Content reaches a server only when the user explicitly invokes a server-backed feature such as email, mobile transfer, Cloud, LIVE or an API session.
Can I draw directly on a document page?
Yes. Open the Draw tab to use pens, brushes, shapes, editable text, the quick Move tool, layers, image tools, a grid and rulers directly on the selected paper format.
Can AI agents create pasteToPrint documents?
Yes. AI clients can use PTDF 1.0 files and links, Document API v2, public PTDF sessions or the local MCP server. Imported content requires human review and confirmation.
